Dear Mr. Miller:

Attached are letters from a resident of Forked River, New Jersey. In these letters, this resident questions the raises an issue regarding vulnerability of the Oyster Creek Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) from "land to air rockets." Since the security and design requirements for the ISFSI are established by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, I thought it appropriate to ask that you respond to this citizen.
