PERMISSION TO ISSUE AN ANALYSIS REPORT ON PTS I would like to issue as our Branch document the attached draft report on the comparison between TRAC-M Version 3782 and RELAP5 Mod 3.2.2 Gamma calculations of selected pressurized thermal shock scenarios of the Oconee Unit 1 Plant. David Bessette reviewed the report, and his comments have been incorporated in the report. Please let me know as soon as possible whether I can proceed to issue it.
