Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS)
Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Implementation of Operating License Amendment Nos. 136 and 138 In letters dated September 28, 2001, and January 29, 2002, from NRC to Arizona Public Service Company (APS), the NRC issued Amendment Nos. 136 and 138, respectively, to the Facility Operating Licenses for PVNGS Units 1, 2, and 3. Amendment No. 136 was required to be implemented within seven months of the date of issuance, and Amendment No. 138 was required to be implemented within 45 days of the date of issuance. This letter is to inform the NRC that APS implemented Operating License Amendment Nos. 136 and 138 in the three PVNGS Units on March 13, 2002. In a letter dated December 14, 2001, to NRC, APS provided notification of implementation of Amendment No. 137.
No commitments are being made to the NRC by this letter.
