WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT (WBN) UNIT 1 - STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INSPECTION - 15 DAY REPORT This letter fulfills the reporting requirements contained in Technical Specification (TS) 5.9.9, "SG Tube Inspection Report." In accordance with TS 5.9.9, listed below are the number of steam generator (SG) tubes that were plugged or sleeved during the WBN Unit 1 Cycle 4 refueling outage:
