WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT (WBN) -UNIT 1-REPORT OF U1C4 REFUELING OUTAGE STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INSPECTION (F*) IN ACCORDANCE WITH WBN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION (TS) 5.9.9 In accordance with WBN TS 5.9.9, this report provides the results of WBN Unit 1 steam generator (SG) tube inspections for three tubes having indications which may remain in service using the F* alternate repair criteria. As required by the WBN TS, the data below includes identification of these tubes, the uppermost elevation of the degradation, and the extent of the degradation.
