Docket Nos. STN 50-528, 50-529 and 50-530 Response to 20 Day Request and Answer to NRC Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures Via reference 1, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or Commission) issued an Order to APS that modifies the current operating licenses for PVNGS Units 1, 2 and 3. The Order is immediately effective and requires compliance with specific interim safeguards and security compensatory measures as stated in an attachment to the Order.

Attachment 1 to this letter provides that 20-day response for APS. Attachment 2 (Safeguards Information) is a description of the actions being taken by APS to comply with the Order. Reference 2 is an APS request for an extension of time to submit a response or request a hearing on a portion of the Order.
