SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE Nine Mile Point Unit Two operated with a capacity factor (MDC) of 101.63% and an availability factor of 100.00% for the month of January 2002.
On January 6, 2002 at 1203 hours0.0139 days <br />0.334 hours <br />0.00199 weeks <br />4.577415e-4 months <br />, a planned power reduction to 90% was performed for a control rod pattern adjustment. The plant was returned to full power at 1506 hours0.0174 days <br />0.418 hours <br />0.00249 weeks <br />5.73033e-4 months <br /> the same day.
On January 19, 2002 at 0000 hours0 days <br />0 hours <br />0 weeks <br />0 months <br />, Operations commenced a planned power reduction to 55% to remove the "B" feedwater pump from service and to place the "A" feedwater pump in service.
