UNIT 1 AND 2 AND CONTINGENCY PLAN (PS/CP) REVISION 5 Docket No.50-390 50-391 PHYSICAL SECURITY Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p),
this letter provides Revision 5 of the PS/CP which supersedes Pages 1 (cover page),
3D, and 29 of Revision 4 submitted on May 29, 2001.
TVA is submitting this change to incorporate the alternate methods for verifying military service as detailed in NRC's letter from Samuel J.
Collins, Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to Ralph E.
Beedle, Vice President Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) dated November 14, 2001.
TVA has evaluated these changes and does not consider these revisions to decrease the overall effectiveness of the security plan.
Enclosed are four copies (Nos.
6 through 9) assigned to NRC.
Copies 10 and 11 are being provided to Region II by copy of this letter.
The information is being sent by certified mail and the signed receipt will signify that NRC has received this information.
TVA requests this submittal be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.790(d) (1) as the information enclosed is part of a safeguards document.
