UPDATE FROM KEVIN PHILLIPS TO LEIGH TROCINE AT 0448 ON 09/16/01.....
The licensee terminated the security event at 0430. The licensee received concurrence from the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Columbia, South Carolina.
The licensee plans to notify the NRC resident inspector as well as the applicable state and county agencies. The NRC operations officer notified the Region II Incident Response Center (John Pelchat) and IAT (Barry Manili).
