Hope Creek Generating Station Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-57 NRC Docket No. 50-354 Technical Specification 6.9.1.5.b 2013 Annual Report of SRV Challenges This report is being submitted in accordance with Hope Creek Technical Specification 6.9.1.5b, which requires the documentation of all challenges to main steamline safety/relief valves (SRVs) be provided on an annual basis to the Administrator Region I, Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
During 2013, the SRVs were challenged one time during a turbine trip and associated reactor scram that occurred on December 1, 2013. Three SRVs (H, M, P) lifted on the initial transient. No other challenges occurred during the year.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
