Hope Creek Generating Station Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-57 NRC Docket No. 50-354 Technical Specification 6.9.1.5.b 2012 Annual Report of SRV Challenges This report is being submitted in accordance with Hope Creek Technical Specifications 6.9.1 and 6.9.1.5.b, which requires the documentation of all challenges to main steam line safety/relief valves (SRVs) be provided on an annual basis to the Administrator Region I, Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
For 2012, the SRVs were not challenged by any over pressurization events or transients that would have required the valves to respond automatically. The late submittal of this report has been entered into the PSEG corrective action program.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
