E Dyer to Facility Addressees, "Control System Vulnerability", dated June 22, 2007 In Reference 2, PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted a 60 - day response to the Reference 3 request for information concerning Control System Vulnerability. The NRC has provided PSEG with a Request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding the information provided in Reference 2 via Reference 1.

Attachments 1 and 2 to this submittal provide the PSEG 60-day response to the RAI in Reference 1 for Salem and Hope Creek generating Stations. The attachments do contain personal privacy, proprietary, or safeguards information, for which protection is requested under the provisions for 10 CFR § 2.390.

This letter contains the following new commitments as listed in Attachment 3:

1. The information required to fill in the RAI Enclosure 2 Table for Salem will be transferred into the Table, as requested by RAI 3B, and available for NRC inspection by 12/18/2008. (CM.SC.2008-71)
2. The information required to fill in the RAI Enclosure 2 Table for Hope Creek will be transferred into the Table, as requested by RAI 3B, and available for NRC inspection by 12/18/2008. (CM.HC.2008-72)
