Annual Property Insurance Status Report As required by 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (w)(3), PSEG Nuclear, LLC (PSEG) is required each year to report to the NRC the current levels and sources of insurance that demonstrate PSEG possesses sufficient financial resources to stabilize and decontaminate a reactor and reactor station site in the event of an accident. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3), this report is required to be submitted on April 1 of each year.
