DPR-70 and DPR-75, Docket Nos. 50-272 and 50-311, and Hope Creek Generating Station, Facility Operating License No. NPF-57, Docket No. 50-354," dated June 20, 2007 In Reference 1, PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted a change to the Salem/Hope Creek (SHC) Quality Assurance Programs (QAPs). Specifically, PSEG had developed the SHC Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR), Revision 0, which was provided as Enclosure 1 to Reference 1.
The Reference 1 submittal identified that the SHC QATR was evaluated by performing a line-by-line comparison using the site UFSARs and the Exelon QATR (Revision 76).
This line-by-line comparison is provided as Attachments to this letter, as requested by the NRC on July 12, 2007. The line-by-line comparison has been updated to identify why certain items were not included in the QATR as originally stated.
