As a Category 3 licensee, FCS received an approval from the NRC for a license amendment request in reference 2 that includes a Technical Specification (TS) change for the neutron absorber monitoring program. The Amendment request that proposed the monitoring program included an error in the associated TS surveillance page. A part of the surveillance from the previous neutron absorber monitoring program was accidentally carried forward to the new spent fuel pool racks. This error was submitted for correction in reference 3 and approved in reference 4.
