Withdrawal of License Amendment Requests (LAR) 15-03, Revise Current Licensing Basis to Use ACI Ultimate Strength Requirements The purpose of this letter is to withdraw LAR 15-03 (Reference 1), which the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) had requested to revise the current licensing basis to allow the use of ACI Ultimate Strength Requirements at Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No. 1 (FCS). References 2 and 3 updated the initial LAR.

Reference 4 documents OPPD's decision to cease power operations at FCS. Following this decision, OPPD has determined that this LAR is no longer needed and is withdrawing LAR 15-03.
