Submittal of Revision 23 to the Fort Calhoun Station (FCS), Physical Security Plan (PSP)
The Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) hereby provides the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with a copy of Revision 23 to the FCS Physical Security Plan (PSP).
Revision 23 of the PSP incorporates changes to reflect changes to the Site access control point.
These changes do not degrade or impact the defensive strategy. Also included with this submittal is a deviation/revision table delineating the changes to the FCS PSP.
The changes were evaluated and do not reduce the effectiveness of the FCS PSP.
The enclosed compact disk (CD) contains Safeguards Information and must be controlled in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21. Please return the attached Safeguards Information Receipt Acknowledgement (Form SDF-62) at your earliest convenience.
This letter contains no regulatory commitments.
