Duration of Relief Request for Previous Repair of Pressurizer Nozzle (TAC No. MCOl96)

The purpose of this letter is to revise the duration of the proposed alternative request submitted by Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) in Reference 1 (see attached Reference List).

OPPD originally requested relief for the duration of the Fort Calhoun Station operating license.

However, as noted in References 5 and 7, OPPD is replacing the pressurizer in 2006. Thus, the duration of the requested alternative should be until the affected pressurizer is removed from service during the 2006 Refueling Outage.
