Report of Full Compliance with the Order for Compensatory Measures Related to Fitness-for-Duty Enhancements Applicable to Nuclear Facility Security Force Personnel References 3 and 5 detailed Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD's) responses to the requirements of Reference 2 for Fort Calhoun Station Unit No. 1 (FCS). Reference 2 requires that implementation of the compensatory measures (CM) shall be completed no later than October 29, 2003. Reference 2 also states that Licensees shall report when they have achieved full compliance with the requirements of Reference 2. As of October 29, 2003, OPPD has Employment with Equal Opportunity ,

U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission LIC-03-0138 Page 2 achieved full compliance with the requirements of Reference 2 as modified by Reference 6 at FCS.
