Report of Full Compliance with the Requirements of the Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures Order VReferences 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 detailed Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) responses to the requirements of Reference 2 for Fort Calhoun Station Unit No. I (FCS). Reference 2 requires that implementation of the requirements shall be complete by August 31, 2002 and that Licensees shall report when they have achieved full compliance with the requirements of Employment with Equal Opportunity "Po 4171

U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission LIC-2-0093 Page 2 Reference 2. As of August 31, 2002, OPPD has achieved full compliance with all of the requirements of Reference 2 at FCS.
