Pursuant to the requirements of Reference 1, Section ES-501, Initial Post-Examination Activities, the Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter NSPM), is providing the NRC with the required post-examination documentation. The post-examination documentation was developed as a result of the completion of the NSPM grading and reviews of the Reactor Operator and Senior Reactor Operator License written examinations completed on August 21, 2020 at the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant.
NSPM submits the following information as enclosures: post-examination applicant comments, the written examination seating chart, and completed forms ES-403-1 Written Examination Grading Quality Checklist (1 RO, 1 SRO).
NSPM acknowledges the NRCs Chief Examiner retained the original graded written examinations, clean copies of each applicants answer sheet, the master written examinations and answer keys, and questions asked by the applicants and the answers given to the applicant during the written examination.
Form ES-201-3, Examination Security Agreement, is not fully completed at this time.
NSPM will submit the completed original form ES-201-3, Examination Security Agreement, in accordance with NUREG 1021, Section ES-501.
