Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-42 and DPR-60 Interim Report of a Deviation or Failure to Comply Pursuant to 10 CFR 21.21 (a)(2), Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM") submits this interim report.
The deviation to be evaluated is a high contact resistance discovered during bench testing of a new undervoltage relay for the Bus 15 load sequencer. The evaluation is expected to be completed by June 15, 2016.
