Pursuant to 1 OCFR 50.54(q)(5) and 1 OCFR 72.44(f), Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation (NSPM), doing business as Xcel Energy, submits a summary of changes to the Monticello Emergency Plan as Enclosure 1. The new revisions to the Emergency Plan documents are provided in. The changes have been reviewed and do not result in a reduction in the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
