Pursuant to 1 OCFR 50.54(q)(5) and 1 OCFR 72.44(f), Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy, submits a summary of changes to MNGP Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIPs) and the Monticello Emergency Plan Training Program Description as. The new revisions to the EPIPs and Monticello Emergency Plan Training Program Description are provided in Enclosure 2. The changes have been reviewed and do not result in a reduction in the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
Summary of Commitments There are no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments in this letter.
