- Services, Inc.
has completed the Independent Management Appraisal of Florida Power
& Light Company's (FPL) nuclear operation, and has submitted the final report to FPL.
In accordance with NRC Order EA 87-85, dated October 19,
- 1987, FPL had directed ENERCON to submit to the NRC Region II Administrator a
copy of the report at the same time it is sent to FPL.
ENERCON has advised FPL that they have complied with that direction.
Enclosed is an additional copy of the report for docketing.

Light Company believes that ENERCON has performed a comprehensive appraisal, which has furnished the basis for many constructive recommendations to enhance the performance of Turkey Point as well as our overall nuclear organization.
The recommendations are currently being
- analyzed, and the details of and schedules for implementation will be forthcoming in accordance with the Order.
