Dear Dr. Grace:
Pursuant to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Order dated October 19, 1987, the attached summary of Management-on-Shift (MOS) reports is submitted.
As stated in our letters dated October 7, 1987 and October 19, 1987 and revised by the above Order, the MOS staffing consists of a continuous on-shift evaluator who currently holds or has held a Senior Reactor Operator license and has not been assigned to Turkey Point in the last two years; and a Turkey Point staff evaluator on night shift.
This program, as required by the Order, will continue until a review of the results of the independent appraisal program has been completed and a written justification for termination provided to the Region II Administrator for concurrence.
