Temporary Alterations to Perimeter

l On October 30, 1986, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) approved Revision I i to the St. Lucie Plant Security Plan. The revision added Appendix C, " Temporary Alterations to the Protected Area Perimeter Barrier", and FPL has determined that Revision ll does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), the report describing the change is attached.
By FPL letter (L-86-489) dated December 2,1986, FPL transmitted Revision 12 to the Security Plan which included the pages changed in Revision i1.
The attached material contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Action of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the attachment is exempt from public disclosure.
