Re: St. Lucie Units I and 2 Docket Nos. 5Q:335 and 50-389 IE Bulletin 85-03 By letter, L-86-204, dated May 15, 1986, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) provided a schedule for completion of IE Bulletin 85-03 planned actions. Item B of the planned actions stated that the actual torque switch settings would be calculated and maintained in a controlled document by October 17,1986. FPL has not yet received the valve stem thrust calculations from all the affected volve vendors. These calculations are necessary for Limitorque Corporation to verify the torque switch settings are correct. Although planned action item B is now expected to be complete by January 30, 1987, we still anticipate overall completion by November 14,1987 as stated in our May 15,1986 letter.
