Re: St. Lucie Units I and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 IE Bulletin 86-02 Our letter L-86-314, (dated July 28,1936) provided a response to the above referenced bulletin. This letter provides clarification to that response as follows:
We have concluded, to the best of our knowledge, that ncne of these switches are installed (or planned for installation) on any safety related system or systems subject to limiting conditions for operations in the Technical Specifications or, as requested by the bulletin, electrical equipment important to safety, as defined by 10 CFR 50A9 (b).
