By copy of this letter, we are forwarding copy number CSS-144-5 to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Licensing.
The material enclosed herewith contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended.
Therefore, the enclosed materialis exempt from public disclosure.
The revision does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan, and therefore, does not require NRC approval prior to implementation in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
