RE: Docket No. 50-250 and 50-251 Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Safeguards Contingency Plan Enclosed please find copies CSS-142-1 through CSS-142-4 of Revision 2 to the Turkey Point Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan. By copy of this letter, we are forwarding copy number CSS-142-5 to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Licensing.
The materia 1 enclosed herewith contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended. Therefore, the enclosed maternalis exempt from public disclosure.
The revision doer, not decrease the safeguards' ef fectiveness of the Physical Security Plan and, therefore, does nc,t require NRC approval prior to implementation in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
