('I) requested transfer to the NRC of certain LPM/IVMdata, in accordance with prior discussions between Messrs.
Don Sells and Lambros Lois, of your staff, Messrs. Bob Longo and Chuck Molnar of Combustion Engineering (CE), F. Sweeney and D. Fry (ORNL), and Chuck Leppla and Dave Chancy of my staff.
You have expressed an interest in obtaining copies of frequency spectra plots acquired between June l978 and September l982.
In addition, copies of magnetic data tapes recorded from LPM and IVM systems have been requested.
The frequency spectra plots for the time period of interest and the magnetic tapes, made by C-E, associated with the September I 982 recording are enclosed with the copy of this letter being sent to Mr. D. Fry (ORNL). Two magnetic tapes are provided; one reel contains calibration information while the second contains the physical data taken.
Also being provided to Mr. Fry is explanatory information concerning the frequency plots, and information needed to interpret the magnetic tapes of IVM and LPM system data recorded by C-E in September l 982.
In addition, Mr. Leppla of the St, Lucie Unit I staff, has directed that tapes being copied by Technology for Energy Corporation (TEC), be forwarded directly to Mr. Fry at ORNL. Mr. Lois of your staff has requested this method of transfer.
