The copies are numbered MCD-132-1 through MCD-132-4.
By copy of this letter, under separate envelope, we are forwarcing copy MCD-132-5 to Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut, Director of the Division of Licensing.
The material enclosed herewith contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended. Therefore, the enclosed material is exempt from public disclosure.
The revision does not decrease the safegucrds effectivenses of the Security Plan and, therefore, does not require NRC approval prior to implementction in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
There is no proprietary information in the report.
