Lucie Unit No.
2 initial test program which may not be completed by core load.
Upon review of the attachment to the letter the staff indicated that a change was required to the test completion date for preop test 2-1730080.

JUSTIFICATION Feedwater system is not tested until after Core-load, therefore sampling cannot be done.
