By copy of this letter, we are forwarding copy number MCD-124-5 to Mr. J. P. O'Reilly, Director of the Region II Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
Revision 6 includes FPL's responses to your letter of June 16, 1982, except as noted on the enclosed comment resolution sheet.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
