'b In accordance with..the requirements of 10 CFR 51.21, Florida Power Im Light Company (FPL) herewith submits forty-one (41) copies of Amendment 4 to the Environmental Report - Operating
- License, St, Lucie Plant Unit 2.
This amendment provides the 0-50 mile revised population estimates, an assessment of using antifoulant (TBTO) liner in the discharge diffuser, and FPL response to the March 18, 1981 Siting Analysis Branch request for additional information (guestions; 310.1, 310.6, 310.7 and 310.8).
Addi-tional changes reflecting the ongoing technical review are also included.
