'2' 50-250, 50-251 IE Bulletin 80-08 In our letter (L-80-423) dated December 30, 1980, we responded to IE Bulletin 80-08 for Turkey Point Units 3 & 4.
In that letter w. stated that we would provide an update on our response to Item 3 following a revie.i of the radiographic testing (RT) of several Unit 3 containment penetrations We have completed our review and the results are as follows:
Penetration Number 22 This penetration was previously Radiographically tested and the records are on file.
32 No RT records were available for this penetration.
It was radiographed on July 29, 1981 and rejected for indication of a construction related weld problem.
It will be repaired prior to startup.
37,57,61A These were indicated as spare penetrations. They are capped on the inside, but they do not g (/
extend completely through the containment wall.

61B This penetration had been renumbered as penetration 46 and tested. RT records are on file.
63 This penetration had been renumbered as penetration 34 and tested.
