Enclosed herewith are four (4) copies of Revision 4 to the Yah..'
Plant Security Plan.
The copies are numbered MCO-118-1 through MCD-118-4.
Revision 4 contains Florida Power 8 Light Company's response to Mr.
Steven A. Varga's letter dated June 19, 1981 and other changes that were pending prior to receipt of Mr. Varga's letter.
Numbering the comments in Mr. Varga's letter from 1 through 18, additional information is provided for questions number 2, 6 and 12 as follows:
Comment d2 The missing page from Rev.
3 contains no changes from Rev. l.
Comment 86 Drawings will be updated to indicate the location of the Security Island information window.
These updated drawings will be forwarded at a later date..

Doors 430 and 34 were bricked closed, therefore the doors no longer exist:

Doors 838 and 39 were upgraded to turnstiles.
c.
A discussion is not being provided for door numbers 92, 93, 119 and
- 131, pending resolution of the Vital Area analysis for Turkey Point.
This revision does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and, therefore, does not reauire NRC approval orior to implementation in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
