- Plans, we would like to inform you that all information contained in the appendices to the following procedures is considered privacy material since these appendices contain telephone lists:
St. Lucie Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Number 3100023E, Onsite Organization and Roster (Appendices A, B, and C are considered privacy material).
Turkey Point Emergency Procedure Number 20104, Emergency Roster (Appendices A, 8, C, and D are considered privacy material).
FPL Offsite Emergency Organization Procedure Number 1301, Emergency Roster - Offsite Emergency Organization (Appendix A is considered privacy material).
Future transmittals of emergency plan implementing procedure revisions will note privacy information both in the transmittal letter and in appropriate sections of the procedures.
