Licenses. DPR-31. and DPR-41. The subject proposal. requests changes in the rod insertion limits for both Units 3 and 4. The purpose of the changes is to.allow more flexibi.lity in the long range reload planning for the Turkey Point units. We intend to incorporate the revised rod, insertion 1'imi.ts for Unit 4, Cycle 6, which is scheduled to,begin in Nay,, 1979. Therefore, .we request your timely review and approval of our request. The proposed amendment is descri:bed below and shown on the attached Tech-nical Specification pages bearing the date of this letter in the.lower right hand'orner. The, proposed amendment has been reviewed by the Turkey.,Point Plant:Nuclear Safety:Committee and the Florida Power 8 Light Company. Nuclear Review Board.
