& Light. Company sub-mitted proposed modifications to Technical Specification Figure 2.1-1, Reactor Core Thermal and Hydraulic Safety Limits, Three Loop Operation.
The revised figure included the effects of rod bow.
This figure has subsequently been revised as a result, of steam generator tube plugging.
The attached figures are submitted as an amendment to our April 4, 1977 submittal.
Figure 2.1-1 is for operation with
< 15 percent steam generator tubes plugged and Figure 2.l-la is for operation with 15 percent and
< 19 percent steam generator tubes plugged.
Both figures include a
rod bow penalty consistent with our April 4, 1977'ubmittal.
This revision to our proposed amendment to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-31 and DPR-41 has been reviewed by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power 6 Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
They have concluded that this re-vision does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
