Dear Mr. Stello:

TURKEY POINT UNIT 4 DOCKET NO. 50-251 INSPECTION OF SAFETY RELATED HYDRAULIC PIPE RESTRAINTS The subject inspection was completed on April 21, 1976 in accordance with the continuing requirements of the Directorate of Licensing letter dated November 8, 1973.

All safety related hydraulic pipe restraints located outside containment were in satisfactory condition.
