St. Lucie Plant Unit No. 2 Environmental Report - Amendment No. 7 Docket No. 50-389 Enclosed for your review are two hundred (200) copies of Amend-ment No. 7 to the St. Lucie Plant Unit No. 2 Environmental Report.
This discussion is presented in response to the letter, dated Sep-tomber 12, 1975, from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission concerning the means employed for keeping radioactive materials in plant effluents to unrestricted areas as low as practicable in accordance with Appendix I guidelines.
Compliance with the September 4 amend-ment is chosen and information is provided as set forth in Enclosure 1 of the September 12 letter.
