St. Lucie Plant Unit No. 2 Environmental Report - Amendment 2 Incket No. 50-389 Enclosed for your review are two hundred (200) copies of Amendment 2 to the St.'Lucie Unit 2 Environmental Report. We are holding one hundred (100) additional copies for you that are available upon request.

Amendment 2 provides additional information which completes all the open items of your letter of May 31, 1973 which remained (3) after the Amendment 1 submittal. Additionally, answers to the questions transmitted via Mr. William H.

Regan, Jr., Chief of Environmental Projects Branch # 4 on October 16, 1973 are completed in their entirety. An instruction sheet for placement of the change pages is included as well as an updated status sheet for all questions addressed.
