Dear Mr. Cettin:

Pursuant to 10 CFR 74.13, Enclosure 1 of this letter provides computer-readable format of Forms DOE/NRC-742, "Material Balance Report, " and DOE/NRC-742C, "Physical Inventory Listing." The data on these forms provide inventory balances at Humboldt Bay Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) [RIS :ZRM] for the period ending September 30, 2021, for the following nuclear materials : enriched uranium and plutonium . At the end of the reporting period all material was stored in the ISFSI.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 74.15, Enclosure 2 of this letter provides computer-readable format of Form DOE/NRC-741, "Nuclear Material Transaction Report." The transaction reports decay of plutonium at Humboldt Bay Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation for the period ending September 30, 2021. provides three files in a computer-readable format containing the information provided in Enclosure 1 and 2. The files were prepared in accordance with Nuclear Material Management and Safeguards System (NMMSS) Report D-24, "Personal Computer Data Input for NRC Licensees, " dated August 1, 2016.

Pacific Gas and Electric Company makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this report.
