Florida Power & Light Company Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Revision 19 to the Physical Security Plan 10 CPR 50.4(b)(4) 10 CPR 50.54(p)(2) 10 CPR 73.22 L-2018-071 March 22, 2018 In accordance with 10 CPR 50.4(b)(4), "Security plan and related submissions," and 10 CPR 50.54(p)(2), "Conditions of licenses," Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), the licensee for Turkey Point Nuclear Plant, Units 3 and 4, hereby submits Revision 19 to the "Florida Power &
Light Turkey Point Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program", collectively the PSP. PSP Revision 19 concerns administrative changes. to this letter contains PSP Revision 19 which is safeguards information (SGI). contains a change synopsis of PSP Revision 19 (SGI). Enclosure 3 contains the FPL evaluation of the PSP Revision 19 change in accordance with 10 CPR 50.54(p ), which is Security Related information.
