1.

FPL Letter L-2015-079 dated July 15, 2015, "License Amendment Request to Standardize the Required Actions for Inoperability of Auxiliary Feedwater Pumps,"

ADAMS Accession No. ML15198A028

2.

NRC letter November 23, 2015, "Request for Additional Information RE: License Amendment Request for Changes to the Required Actions for Inoperability of Auxiliary Feedwater Pumps (CAC Nos. MF6491 and MF6492)," ADAMS Accession No. ML15308A615 In Reference 1 Florida Power & Light (FPL) submitted a Technical Specification (TS) amendment request that would standardize the TS LCO actions for inoperable auxiliary feedwater pumps.

Reference 2 identified an administrative oversight within the proposed TS surveillance requirements. The corrected TS markups and TSs supersede those in References 1 above and are provided in the attachment.

The no significant hazards consideration determination within Reference 1 bounds the scope of these changes. If you should have any questions, please contact Mr. Ken Frehafer at (772) 467-7748.

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
