L-2014-156 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4) 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) 10 CFR 73.22 ATTN: Document Control Desk U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555-001 Re: Florida Power and Light Company St. Lucie Units 1 and 2, Docket Nos. 50-335, 50-389 Revision 15 to the Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan for St. Lucie Units I and 2 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), "Security plan and related submissions," and 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), "Conditions of licenses," Florida Power and Light Company (FPL), the licensee for St. Lucie Nuclear Plant, Units I and 2, hereby submits Revision 15 to the FPL St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and ISFSI Security Plan.

Revision 15 to the FPL St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and ISFSI Security Plan incorporates descriptions of recently added barriers and intrusion detection features, and clarifying language in response to RAI from previously submitted revision 14.

One (1) CD-ROM containing Safeguards Information is included in this submission.

The CD-ROM labeled "FPL St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 PSP, Revision 15, Safeguards Information" contains the following three files:

SGI - Decontrolled upon separation On each CD-ROM, file 001 and file 002 contain Safeguard Information that must be protected from public disclosure as required by 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information:
