Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) Maintenance By letter L-2007-129, dated August 20, 2007, Florida Power & Light provided the 30-day notification pursuant to 10CFR50, Appendix E, VI, 3.b, "Maintaining the Emergency Response Data System," for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 due to ERDS Point identification (ID) revisions. L-2007-129 identified the changes to the Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 data point libraries as a result of the Emergency Response Data Acquisition and Display System (ERDADS) replacement. Installation of the replacement ERDADS will be completed during the Unit 3 Cycle 23 refueling outage, currently in progress.
The purpose of this letter is to update some of the information provided by the referenced letter.
- 1) Attachment 1 to L-2007-129, "TP3 ERDS Data Parameter Point IDs" Summary Table Data point item # 9 is revised to reflect the New DCS Point ID "SCMCETLO_V" to make it consistent with Attachment 3 of L-2007-129.
- 2) Attachment 2, to L-2007-129, Appendix B, ERDS Communications Description and Survey Questionnaire" The name of the FPL contact person has changed from Billy J Wood to MarKeith Poteat for the Computer Hardware Specialist(s).
Replacement pages for these two changes are attached.
