10 CFR 140.15 Proof of Financial Protection In accordance with Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 140.15, Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI), the licensee for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS) and Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS), maintains a Nuclear Energy Liability Policy issued by the members of American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) to Holtec Pilgrim, LLC and Oyster Creek Environmental Protection, LLC (owners of PNPS and OCNGS, respectively).
In satisfaction of the requirements of 10 CFR 140.15, HDI is hereby providing to the NRC the 2021 ACORD Certificate of Liability Insurance covering PNPS and OCGNS.
